In 2010, the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) was losing credibility with its members, who in turn were losing credibility with the public.

A major transformation was needed and 3C was entrusted with a total re-brand, helping the FPA rediscover its identity, purpose and vision. The profound effect on the members led FPA’s senior management to call it “nothing short of a miracle”.
